If it's small and has an engine, Dennis fixes it. No showroom. No upsell. No corporate nonsense. Just a guy who's been doing this since before you owned your first mower.

What We Fix

If It's Got A Pull Cord, Bring It In.

Straightforward small engine work. Tune-ups, carb cleaning and rebuilds, pull-start replacements, blade balancing, fuel systems, ignition, no-start diagnostics. Dennis doesn't care what brand it is — Briggs, Honda, Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo, Toro, the off-brand one from the hardware store — if it's a small engine, he's had one on the bench before.

About The Shop

Dennis Has Been Doing This Since 1995.

Dennis' workshop where small engines get repaired The Bench

Dennis started fixing small engines out of his garage in 1995 — back when a lawnmower was something you kept running, not something you replaced every three summers.

Thirty-one years later, he's still at it. Same trade. Same town. Same simple idea: the thing probably isn't broken — it just needs somebody who knows where to look.

Folks around Pensacola have been bringing their mowers, saws, trimmers and generators to Dennis for a generation now. Some of the customers who walked in during Clinton's first term are still walking in today — sometimes with the same mower, sometimes with their grown kid's mower.

No hype. No upsell. No fancy showroom. Just a working shop where tired engines go in and running engines come out.

Bring it in. Dennis will take a look, tell you what's wrong, tell you what it'll cost, and get it back to you running right. If it's not worth fixing, he'll tell you that too — straight, no runaround.

How It Works

1. Call — tell Dennis what it's doing (or not doing).

2. Drop it off — during shop hours, Mon–Fri.

3. He diagnoses it — and calls you with the price before any work happens.

4. Pick it up running — most jobs turn around in a few days.

Facebook is the only place you'll find Dennis online — mostly photos of what's on the bench. The real conversation happens on the phone.
